Growing Business Litigation Law Firm Seeking Complex/Business Litigation Associate in Dallas, TX (Hybrid Remote)

A growing firm that specializes in business litigation matters including commercial, IP, finance, and real estate cases is searching for an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team in Dallas. This Associate would have experience in complex/business litigation such as intellectual property, finance, and real estate disputes.

Offer:

$110,000 - $160,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in complex/business litigation including intellectual property, finance, and real estate disputes

Experience on the plaintiff or defense side

Texas Bar in good standing

Juris Doctorate

Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of complex business litigation matters

Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions

Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed

Advising clients on legal strategies and risk management

Collaborating with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation

Maintaining case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
