We are seeking a qualified Claims Litigation Supervisor for an On-Site position and are offering an amazing compensation package for the right person, is that you?!
- Reviews claims assigned to the staff and provides direction and ongoing guidance.
- Supervises panel counsel activities to ensure compliance to our guidelines.
- Coordinates between Defense Counsel and staff in the effective resolution of suits.
- Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff effectively.
-This position may be subject to business related travel that includes driving.
- In- depth understanding of claims and litigation operating processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of construction and costs, has the ability to write estimates, and building valuation reports.
- Must have the ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and resole high complex matters in claim litigation.
- Must possess strong communication, time management, and independent judgment skills.
- Must have field experience.
