Location: New Orleans, LA
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus (Estimated 10-15%)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Account Services Manager to join our growing team in New Orleans. This leadership role will be integral in overseeing client engagements, managing staff, and providing hands-on support in more complex accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax matters. As a trusted resource for both clients and our team, you will ensure that we deliver exceptional outsourced accounting services to a diverse range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements, assessing client needs and structuring ongoing services for efficient completion while managing staff.
• Assist clients with the setup, cleanup, and ongoing management of QuickBooks files and provide future recommendations for processing.
• Supervise a team responsible for providing support in payroll, sales tax, property tax, 1099s, and other business-related filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and governmental agencies, responding to notices and audits.
• Review staff work and provide coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality client service.
• Lead interim and annual compilation engagements.
• Coordinate and participate in training sessions for staff and clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards.

Skills & Abilities:

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Strong ability to identify issues and design efficient workflows for clients.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to complete tasks within budgeted hours.
• Effective communicator with the ability to adjust communication methods based on the situation.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with a focus on deadlines.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, team members, and tax authorities.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax notices and state-specific sales tax regulations.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA License.
• Significant experience in accounting, with a deep understanding of client service management.
