Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction PM to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, from conceptualization through closeout. You will be expected to coordinate with subcontractors, other construction personnel, and the project owner to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to all applicable building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all work
Coordinate the selection and management of subcontractors for all aspects of the project
Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure quality of work and adherence to established budgets
Conduct safety inspections and ensure all personnel, subcontractors, and vendors comply with OSHA requirements
Resolve disputes between subcontractors and vendors
Prepare and submit construction documents including RFIs, SWPPP, and closeout documentation
Maintain accurate records of project specs, progress, and costs
Ensure all requirements, regulations, and codes are met
Provide regular updates on the progress of the project to the project owner and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in construction related to retail, healthcare, manufacturing, food service, or hospital projects, in excess of 10 million +.
OSHA 30 certification
Proficiency in MS Office and other construction management software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
