Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
* Collaborate with project teams to address any billing discrepancies.
* Handle (generate and process) All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Invoices
* Generate job cost reports and regularly communicate performance to interested parties, including the project manager
* Credit card reconciliation and reporting
* Function as the primary contact for expense report corrections and submission
* Verify construction project data entry into accounting system
* Work directly with the Construction Project Manager on billing from job sites
Requirements to Apply:
* *3+ years of experience in Construction Accounting* with Experience with Construction Accounting Software (Software such as Procore, Textura, Build, Sage, Timberline, GC Pay, Quickbooks, etc) - ABSOLUTE MUST!
* MUST Have *Construction Accounting Software* Experience -- experience with Multiple Construction Accounting Software such as Procore, Textura, Build, Sage, Timberline, GC Pay, Quickbooks, etc. - ABSOLUTE MUST!
* MUST have Experience working as a Project Accountant out of a GC. Must have Experience as an Accountant working at a General Contractor - ABSOLUTE MUST!
* MUST have Strong Tenure! Ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years per job, and show good tenure) - ABSOLUTE MUST!
* MUST be willing to answer phones and greet clients (will be seated at the front desk and therefore the first impression to greet anyone who comes to visit: clients, subcontractors, etc) -- MUST be amicable/friendly, Professional, and enjoy interacting with others! - ABSOLUTE MUST! :)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
*Associates Degree at the minimum required, Bachelor's Preferred (however we are open if you have your Associates in Accounting!)
