Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing on-site operations and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are followed.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in managing mixed-use and multi-family construction projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Preferred

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience with multi-family construction projects.
