Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Providence, RI or surrounding area.
Salary: $75k-$100k (mid-level; senior-level up to $130k+ possible).
Requirements: Expertise in managing construction projects (e.g., medical, retail, educational, or office) is desired. Project coordination and subcontractor management experience is a plus. Experience with design-build processes in Rhode Island is preferred. Software used in this role may include Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project), and AutoCAD. OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)..
Position Overview
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations on the construction site and leading a team of contractors and workers.
