We are seeking a talented and ambitious corporate associate attorney to join our dynamic transactional practice group. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a rising legal professional to contribute their skills and expertise to a diverse range of corporate matters while working alongside a team of seasoned attorneys.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance initiatives, securities offerings, and other transactional activities. Your responsibilities will involve conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing complex agreements and contracts, and providing sound legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in Virginia
2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on transactional matters
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and opportunities
Proven experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate documents, contracts, and agreements
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, securities laws, and other relevant legal frameworks
