Reporting to the VP of Professional Services you will lead a team of Programmers delivering solutions to credit union and banking clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of 8 Engineers responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining core processing and digital banking software.
- Lead the implementation process beginning to end.
- Hire, mentor and develop a high performing team.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution for clients.
- Manage team capacity, drive optimal performance and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Work directly with credit union and banking clients, gather requirements, define project scopes and serve as the client main point of contact.
What's essential:
- Familiarity with data migrations especially with .CSV files
- Experience leading software programmers (likely 2+ yrs) & must be technical enough to be able to get into the weeds with them
- Able to travel up to 20%
