What you'll be doing:
The primary focus of the Superintendent will be to assure that a job is completed on-time, and on-budget. In addition they need to develop good customer relationships to assure that they are the partner that helps drive the job with the GC/Customer or Client. The Superintendent is primarily accountable for assuring that assigned jobs adhere to the standards for Safety, Customer and Team Relationships, Quality, Schedule, Production our number one priority. In addition the Superintendent is in responsible for the Personnel Development by managing field foreman and is the recruitment, selection, placement and evaluation of all assigned individuals both employees and subcontractors.
What you need:
- 5+ years Drywall Superintendent experience
- Experience with variety of large-scale commercial drywall projects
- Experience with clean rooms and/or data centers
- Experience with drywall, acoustical ceilings, metal stud framing, etc.
- Effective leadership & communication skills
