Key Responsibilities
- Be a safety leader with solid safety behaviors and demonstrated safety leadership
- Commitment to regular attendance
- Responsible for:
- Maintenance of electronic and pneumatic process control equipment
- Control valves and actuator repair
- Transmitter installation, calibration and repair (temperature, level, analytical, and pressure)
- Experienced in installation of air-line tubing and conduit
- Experienced in servicing of controllers
- Electrical experience working with voltage 24dc to 480ac and control power
- Working knowledge of PLC and I/O systems, components and troubleshooting
- Work within a rotating shift or shift operation
Qualifications
- Two year technical degree or equivalent experience required
- A strong maintenance background working with everything from small and intricate instruments to large control valves
- Basic understanding of multi-meter and testing equipment
- Proven trouble shooting skills and ability
- Willingness to clean and maintain a clean and safe Maintenance area
- Good oral and written communication skills
