Key Responsibilities

Oversee electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Manage resource allocation and scheduling for electrical teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Provide technical guidance and support to electrical teams during project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in the electrical construction industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial construction practices.
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
