We are an Industrial Manufacturing company seeking a Facilities Manager.

Base salary, $$78K-$105K AND DOE

Location: Coshocton, OH area

Position Overview
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment. This role includes managing building maintenance, infrastructure projects, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while optimizing resources and budgets.

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for managing our facilities, ensuring the efficient operation of our infrastructure and support systems, and developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
-Manage facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards
-Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
-Supervise maintenance teams and contractors

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum five years of experience in operations or engineering in an industrial manufacturing environment
-Proven leadership and team development skills
