FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with operational and functional leaders to develop and refine financial forecasts and budgets.
Performance Management and Reporting:
- Oversee performance management and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial metrics.
- Prepare business review meetings, consolidate reports, and provide documentation.
Financial Analysis and Modeling:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and data modeling to inform business strategies.
- Prepare P&L analysis and deliver insights supporting cost control measures.
Strategic Planning and Business Case Development:
- Support long-term strategic planning initiatives and evaluate business cases.
- Conduct impact analyses on proposed strategies to ensure financial implications are clearly defined.
Cost Management and Operational Efficiency:
- Implement and monitor cost control measures to maintain expense management.
- Collaborate with departments like Procurement & Costing to drive operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
6-8+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong skills in financial planning, cost accounting, and inventory management.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

This role typically involves working closely with various departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement, to ensure financial strategies align with business goals
