Title: Human Resources Manager - Food/Beverage Manufacturing
Location: Eustis, FL - ON-SITE
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 - (possibly higher) Depending on Experience

What You Will Be Doing:

Identify opportunities for improvement, development and execution of our strategic vision for the HR function in the plant. Provide support to assist the plant in achieving both functional and key performance objectives. Provide HR leadership and direction for the HR team. You will also drive employee engagement to maximize safety, manufacturing, quality and goals.

What You Need for this Position:

5+ Years as an HR Manager- Manufacturing experience, highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
SHRM, PHR certifications are strongly desired
Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus
Employee Relations experience is a MUST
Worker's Comp/Employee Safety experience
OSHA, EEOC, FLSA, ADA familiarity
Facility/Plant Start-Up experience
Safety compliance, Great Communicator
Comfortable with commute to Eustis, FL, Monday-Friday
