Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Estimator to join our team in the commercial and multifamily construction sector. The primary objective of this role is to accurately estimate project costs, ensuring that budgets align with client expectations and industry standards. The Lead Estimator will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive bids. This position is in Memphis TN - relocation assistance is available if needed.
