We are a growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm located in Hollywood, Florida. We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to learn and grow within the firm. Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
-Assist attorneys with daily legal tasks, including case management and document preparation
-Handle a high volume of cases, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met
-Support Plaintiff and Pre-Litigation cases from intake through settlement or trial preparation
-Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed
-Maintain organized files and manage case information efficiently
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, with Plaintiff and Pre-Litigation experience preferred
-Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow
-Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
