Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily maintenance operations of a property, including equipment, tools, and facilities. This role ensures that all maintenance tasks are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner and that all safety regulations and procedures are followed. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for training and supervising maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for all equipment, tools, and facilities.
Monitor and document maintenance costs, ensuring that they are within established budget parameters.
Create work orders and assign tasks to maintenance staff.
Supervise and train maintenance staff on safety regulations and procedures.
Order parts and materials for maintenance operations and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Perform regular inspections of the property and equipment to identify potential problems and to ensure safety.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
