MasterCAM Programmer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled MasterCAM Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise toolpaths and CNC programs for various machining operations, ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for various machining operations.
Create detailed toolpaths for milling and turning processes.
Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure optimal production techniques.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct simulations to verify toolpath accuracy and efficiency before actual machining.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues during manufacturing operations.
Maintain and update documentation related to CNC programs and processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a MasterCAM Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing techniques.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly MasterCAM and SolidWorks.
Experience with CNC programming and G-Code is essential.
Understanding of precision machining and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
