Job Title: Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

- Design and develop wearable biomedical devices while adhering to regulations
- Create technical drawings, data analysis and reports
- Design protocols for verification testing and reporting
- Design plastic injection molded parts, metal parts, and test fixtures
8+ Years of Experience With:
- R&D or Mechanical Design Engineering
- Experience designing electromechanical assemblies for high volume manufacturing and automation
- Experience in general lab technique, design of experiments, mechanical/electrical/optical equipment and setups
- Ability to create test protocols to resolve product development concerns
- Medical device design and development
- Knowledge of CAE (Finite Element Analysis, Computational Fluid dynamics)
- Tolerance development and analysis
- Design in SolidWorks including GD&T and data management
- Drafting FMEAs and medical device risk management
- Base Salary: $150k - $200k
