We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
-Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
-Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
-Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
-Manage project risks and resolve issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and ensure collaborative teamwork across departments.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience 5+ years managing mechanical engineering projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles for electrical, hvac, piping and plumbing projects.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
