DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting attorneys in legal matters, drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, memoranda and motions, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, conducting legal and investigative research, drafting statements/declarations, participating in team strategy meetings, attending hearings and depositions, and participating in law firm professional and social events.
MUST HAVES:
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree and law degree
2+ years of paralegal experience
Experience with CA law
Well organized and time management
