Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. The Supervising Attorney will be responsible for managing personal injury cases prior to litigation, ensuring our clients receive the best possible representation and support. This role involves evaluating case merits, negotiating with insurance companies, and preparing legal documents to facilitate a successful outcome. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and will be responsible for managing and negotiating claims prior to litigation. This role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the appropriate compensation while avoiding the complexities of court proceedings.
