The Procurement Compliance Analyst is responsible for verifying that we are following established procurement procedures. This includes verifying that Purchase Orders are awarded in a fair and equitable manner, identifying potential errors in required documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (FAR/DFARS). Perform monthly FFATA reporting, and monthly training for buyers.
Position requires personnel to review purchase order documents daily and provide positive feedback to buyers. Incumbent would be required to enter data into the government FFATA site monthly. Incumbent would be required to perform basic training as necessary and perform additional NCMA training as requested by management.
