Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Santa Rosa, CA. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or hold a relevant degree in construction management or a similar field. In this role, you will empower project managers by assisting with planning, coordination, and oversight of construction projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and the maintenance of our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the formulation and management of detailed project schedules and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate the timely procurement of materials and services.
Track project progress and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and rigorous quality standards.
Attend site meetings and inspections to proactively address any emerging issues during construction.
Aid the project team in overcoming technical obstacles and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction or a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
