Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee luxury home construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional homes that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall construction process for custom home projects.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance on all job sites.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure that all work is performed according to building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury home construction industry.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
• Technical expertise in construction methods and materials.
• Experience in construction scheduling and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of contract understanding and management.
