We are a smaller, full service GC who does work in both the public & private sectors. We have done a lot of our work at UC Davis and take pride in all of the work that we do. With our company looking to experience growth, we are seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team for an upcoming $54M Healthcare project in Chester, CA right by Lake Almanor.
This will allow you the opportunity to work on a major 2.5 years Healthcare project, join a growing builder with a big opportunity for growth, and the chance to work close by the beautiful scenery of Lake Almanor. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, then we want to talk to you!
- Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities
- Develop and manage project schedule
- Participate in staff meetings
- Maintain paperwork on project
- Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite
- 3+ years of Healthcare Construction Experience
- OSPH Experience is required
- Strong communication and leadership
- Computer knowledge
- Strong, Competitive base salary ranging from $130k - $160k
