We are an award winning, growing & dynamic team. We are an East Coast based organization that operates across 9 states and seventeen metro markets. Our ideal candidate is someone who can manage the construction and delivery of residential home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction of 15-30 homes simultaneously.
- Maintain site safety & cleanliness
- Develop &communicate construction schedule
- Provide training for Superintendents
- Establish & maintain budgets
- Ensure quality of work performed by sub-contractors
- Hold meetings weekly production meetings
- Conduct 90 day reviews.
What you need for this role:
- 2+ year of experience in construction as PM or Superintendent
- High School or GED
- Experience in new home construction is preferred
