Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Implement erosion control measures in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) requirements are met during project execution.
Collaborate with HVAC teams to integrate systems effectively into project plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or environmental projects.
Strong knowledge of erosion control practices and regulations.
Familiarity with SWPPP guidelines and implementation.
Experience with HVAC systems and their integration into projects is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
