Position Overview
The Project Manager for Waste Water Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of waste water treatment projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage waste water construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Manage contract negotiations and oversee contract execution with vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases to meet industry standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically in waste water treatment projects.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and schedules effectively.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental regulations related to waste water management.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in contract management and negotiations.
• Knowledge of risk management strategies in construction projects.
