Job Title: Construction Project Manager- Retail
Location: Clearwater/Tampa Area, Florida
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000/year plus bonus and benefits
Requirements: 5+ years of Commercial Construction experience. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a PM. Retail Construction experience is HIGHLY Preferred (multi-tenant, car wash, self storage etc)

Project Team Captain responsible for charting out key project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, selecting project participants, and ensuring financial success of the project.
Optimum utilization of resources- including labor, materials equipment, and team member resources to achieve shared goals.
Implementation of various operations through proper coordination.
Development of effective communication mechanisms for resolving conflicts among all project stakeholders including Clients, Subcontractors, Inspectors, and the like.
