Retail Wholesale Inside Sales Rep

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Wholesale Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the retail wholesale sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the wholesales landscape within the retail space, allowing them to effectively engage with clients and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities in the retail and wholesale sectors.
Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospect new accounts and follow up on leads.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential prospects and develop promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in wholesale or retail environments.
Strong background in eCommerce sales and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
