Sales Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales of HVAC and hydronic systems, providing technical expertise to our clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the HVAC and hydronic systems market.
Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding hydronic, steam, and HVAC systems.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop quotation packages and respond to requests for quotations (RFQs) in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met.
Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking to expand our customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hydronic systems, and steam theory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and provide effective solutions.
Experience with inside and outside sales, and developing quotation packages.
Familiarity with industrial and commercial boilers, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
