Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Needham, MA
Salary: 80K- 120K

What You Will Be Doing
Plans, organizes, implements, and controls the manufacturing process value stream.
Estimates production cycle times, labor requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
Collaborates with Engineering and Shop personnel to resolve design problems related to manufacturing procedures and cost.
Lead mid to high-level manufacturing projects, providing direction, guidance, and engineering expertise to team members.
Lead Continuous Improvement teams through Kaizen events.
Develop and maintain Gantt charts, project schedules, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
Deliver formal presentations to leadership regarding project status.
Meets with team members periodically to review SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost) boards and CONC Metrics.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
