Top AmLaw200 law firm is looking for an Sr. Enterprise Security Analyst with at least 5 years of information technology and security experience, ideally within a global multi-office law firm environment. Must have experience with encryption, authentication, firewalls, anti-virus, vulnerabilities and testing and implementing solutions. If you have SOAR, EDR, SIEM, remediation planning, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, we want to talk to you! Hybrid role; 6 days in office per month.
What You Will Be Doing
- Keep up with industry trends and comprehend how upcoming software releases, updates, and new methods will affect both existing applications and future development
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize, set up, and manage an appropriate testing conditions for pre-production testing of upgrades, patches, and project-based deployments for established systems
- Regularly report on vulnerabilities and compensating controls for designated regions; in the event that vulnerabilities are found, closely collaborate with owners of applications and platforms to identify and schedule repair actions to guarantee that timetables agreed upon are fulfilled
- Collaborate with colleagues to proactively track, examine, and address enterprise security-related concerns, alerts, and notifications; this may involve defining and setting alert levels and other parameters
- Provide technical support to technology teams so that they may find compensating controls, analyze vulnerabilities, and collaborate with colleagues to create safe solutions in order to ensure that company systems maintain the necessary security measures
- In order to support the firm's security efforts, evaluate the risk associated with technology security, conduct research, implement security solutions, and use security tools. In addition, identify new technologies (hardware and software) that are required to support the confidentiality and integrity of firm systems, execute any necessary research, and provide management with design recommendations for their implementation
