Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA
Compensation: $52K-$72K

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and utilize Excel and QuickBooks to analyze and report financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess excellent organization and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- Hands on experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks, Quicken, or Sage ERP MAS 90
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting procedures
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes is a plus.
