We are Phoenix based design build general contractor that has been in business for 50+ years specializing in commercial and industrial projects including manufacturing, automotive dealerships, retail, medical and more.
The company is growing (30%+ in the last 2 years alone) with a solid pipeline of work which is why we are looking to add an experienced ground up commercial superintendent to our growing team for projects local to the Phoenix market.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
-Overseeing, managing, and mentoring assistant superintendents.
-Developing and updating construction schedules, monitoring project progress, and assessing impact of changes.
-Managing jobsite logistics and maintaining good relations with surrounding communities and occupants.
-Negotiating with relevant authorities to meet project occupancy milestones.
-Leading the firms commitment to a safe, injury-free work environment.
-Coordinating the work scopes, schedules, and resource allocation of subcontractors in harmony with our firm's own work crews.
-Encouraging the professional growth of foremen to prepare them for future superintendent roles.
-Acting as the primary field representative for our firm in interactions with clients and design teams.
