Essential Functions:
Assumes responsibility for tax returns and delegates to the various tax preparers as deemed necessary. Delegates and performs tax research projects to achieve an accurate and efficient product.
Participates actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts.
Acts as a resource for tax preparers on specific tax issues and/or questions.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and meet critical deadlines (i.e. tax return due dates) is necessary at this level.
Ability to manage budgeted projects to maintain project profitability is necessary at this level.
Participates in firm's practice development efforts through involvement with referral sources, community and industries.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
What You Need for this Position:
Required:
- At least 3+ years of Public Accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA
