Requirements:

5+ Years of Experience in in technical account management within the cybersecurity industry.

We are a well-established and growing cybersecurity company. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team with a background in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

The Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in the cybersecurity space. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring successful implementation of our security solutions, and providing ongoing support to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical inquiries and support
Coordinate the implementation of cybersecurity solutions including threat detection and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services
Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic guidance to clients on security posture
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate technical issues as needed
Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in Account Management, within the cybersecurity industry
Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and Threat Detection methodologies
Experience with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or ISO 27001 framework is desirable
Hands-on expertise with tools like SIEM, EDR, XDR, and firewall management.
