Job Title: Test Engineer
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Job Salary: $80-110k (Potential to go higher based on experience and background)

We are an established defense contractor with over 60 years serving the Department of Defense and other top military contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrup Grumman, etc. Due to our recent growth, we are looking for experienced Test Engineers to join our team!
We have different experience levels and multiple openings so we are open to a variety of backgrounds and experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical engineering, test systems development, software development, analog/digital/RF knowledge, and testing equipment
If you have experience with military/aerospace companies and/or C/C++/LabView, it will be highly preferred.
- Performs testing on circuits, mechanical assemblies, instrument, harnesses, and components.
- Create reports that include test validation/verification, results, and data analysis.
- Develop new testing systems and fixture designs and assist with product design/development/production.
- Manage test procedures and training processes.
- Perform test incident/failure and root cause analysis, identify corrective action, and verify effectiveness of new methods.
