Lead Technology Analyst - Manufacturing Technologies - Stratus

Position Overview
The Lead Technology Analyst for Manufacturing Technologies at Stratus is responsible for leveraging advanced technical skills and industry knowledge to enhance manufacturing processes. This role focuses on driving process improvements, providing technical support, and integrating innovative solutions to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing technologies and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage projects related to systems integration and technology upgrades within the manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Conduct quality assurance assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
  • Oversee automation initiatives to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP systems and other manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and technical support within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong skills in systems integration and data analysis, with a focus on manufacturing technologies.
  • Experience in project management with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies and IT solutions relevant to manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with ERP systems and related technologies.
  • Strong documentation skills, with an ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
