Maintenance Planner

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, implement, and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities within the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, as well as experience in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve maintenance processes.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and disruptions during maintenance activities.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

Proven experience in planning and scheduling within an industrial maintenance environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and best practices.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
