Program Manager - Epicor Transformation Expert

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives with a focus on Epicor ERP solutions. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects utilizing Epicor ERP solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Conduct data analysis to inform project decisions and measure success metrics.
Implement process improvements and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
Provide user training and technical support throughout the implementation process.
Coordinate change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP systems and their functionalities.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software implementation best practices.
