With offices in Ontario, CA and San Diego, we are a well established boutique law that exclusively represents healthcare providers throughout California in matters that affect their licenses, practices, and financial interests. Our clients include insurance companies, nursing homes, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device makers, doctors, nurses, medical staff, and other healthcare entities and professionals. Given our consistent growth in our client base, we are looking for an associate attorney in our San Diego office.
Position Overview
The Insurance Defense Associate will be responsible for managing a caseload of insurance defense matters, focusing on medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles related to insurance defense and the ability to effectively represent clients in all stages of litigation.
